Yes, I mentioned it shortly at 4:28, but didn't do it myself since I also have the standard Laser Falcon 2. Kind of defeats the purpose though (safety, full smoke containment). For those who buy it because of the CE or FDA classification it's probably not what they want to to when using it for a business. For hobby use it's good to have the option though, if one does not have an open frame laser engraver as well.

@@s3sebastian The Falcon2 Pro 40w cannot work without the tray installed as there are magnetic sensors to prevent this. There's no way, out-of-the-box, to increase the z-height. It's very frustrating. Another annoyance is that in all the promo videos and photos from Creality, the combo kit comes with a CHUCK style rotary, not the junk roller-style. For the price, this should come with the feet, a magnetic bypass, and the chuck rotary. No question.

Schneller, weniger Leistung und dafür 3-4 Passes funktioniert manchmal. Hängt aber vom speziellen Karton ab (Bastelkarton, Wellpappe usw.), auch wie viel Air-Assist Luftgeschwindigkeit am besten ist. Schneller und mehr Luftgeschwindigkeit ist generell das was ich probieren würde um weniger Rauch dran zu haben.

Pretty much the same unit between the drawer at the bottom and the top part of the enclosure, so the laser performance is the same. Only that the Pro 40W will also include a 1.6W module for fine detailed engravings (even finer than changing the mode to 22W). All depends if you a) need the CE/FDA complying machine for work or so and b) if you want to add an enclosure on your own or use it outside anyway.

I did not have much smoke settle on the acrylic, it like to go onto the kind of rough/brushed surface of the aluminum parts the most. Also there is an airflow from the front to the back. If you really like to keep the acrylic clean you have to clean it from fingerprints though, lol.

It will be released later, you can join the Laser Falcon 2 Pro FB group there are usually updates. On Aliexpress, if you search for 240W or 350W smoke extractor you can find very similar models already if you want one now, I would assume it's some kind of OEM product.

On the website. If you look at Creality's FB page or their YT channel there is now also a live stream announced for the launch where you can win one. Depending on your time zone either on Monday or Tuesday (in about one day).

Der Filter mit der Absaugung ist auch von Creality, der ist auch auf der Produktseite zu sehen und wird dann am 20.2. vermutlich auch verfügbar sein. Das ist aber denke ich ein OEM-Produkt, weil man findet z.B. bei Aliexpress (nach 350W oder 240W Fume Extractor suchen) sehr ähnlich aussehende Absaugungen mit den drei gleichen Filterelementen.

Das ist das Vorführmodell von der Formnext-Messe in Frankfurt letzten November. Die ganzen 3D-Drucker (von den richtig teuren Industriemodellen mal abgesehen) usw. werden da meistens auch am späten Nachmittag des letzten Messetages günstig angeboten, weil insbesondere die Hersteller aus Fernost die nicht wieder teuer zurückschicken wollen. Kleinere Sachen wie Filament oder 3D-Druck-Stifte wurden auch verschenkt. Wenn man etwas herumfragt bei den Ausstellern bekommt man meistens auch einen Ticket-Voucher, weil relativ viele da welche übrig haben.

Yes, it has two relatively big fans. I think that's what it's made for, otherwise you can buy cheaper mini PCs without the dedicated graphics card.

I have been using this exact card for past two months. I think I can help you. Pros: Working 100% ok. Has far superior VRM than the other popular 'ELSA' model (elsa rx5700 has weaker VRM than my previous xfx rx580). very good vrm temperature (< 70 degree). Light weight. Compact size. According to the mosfet manufacturing date on the pcb, the gpu was assembled in August of 2022 which indicates only one year of usecase, if it was used at all. because there was no scratch or dent, everything came as fresh as new, with fresh factory smell, even the gold fingers of pci connector did not have any mark. Cons: Bad stock thermal paste & Insufficient gpu core cooling. Must change thermal paste + undervolt + set manual fan curve to operate it. Remarks: I m satisfied with it. considering the price, it was the best deal available for me... [Plz be aware that the company has currently launched a second model of rx5700 of which I have no idea. My review is based on this exact model shown in video]

Yeah, I let Furmark run for a while, seems to work.

No special settings, I have used variable layer height for these. With the white filament it's important to calibrate the flow, with overextrusion it's unforgiving regarding layer lines.

No, sorry I don't sell prints. Maybe you know someone with a 3d printer who can make one for you. Or just get a printer, the entry level models are quite cheap now and kind of easy to set up.

More brittle? PETG is usually more ductile and less brittle than PLA. If your PETG prints are brittle you have to reduce the part cooling and print slower instead to give it time to cool, to increase the layer adhesion. It's important to print the center pin of this with 100% infill, it seems to be the weak point of these pliers. With PETG the handles will probably flex more and limit the max. torque.
